As extra jurisdictions legalize hashish for medicinal and leisure use, it’s price contemplating how the ineludible uptick in its use may have an effect on society.  For many customers, this impact has no bearing on legal justice points.  However hashish might need a believable function within the fee of intercourse offenses, given its distinctive results on sexual drive and practices.  My colleague Michelle Vorwerk and I look at the subject (subscription required) in a forthcoming article in Behavioral Sciences and the Regulation.
