Who we’re: The Rawlings Undergraduate Management Fellows Program honors the legacy of Howard Peters “Pete” Rawlings, who was a member of the Maryland Home of Delegates representing the fortieth district for greater than twenty years.
The Rawlings Program offers college students the chance to comply with within the footsteps of Delegate Rawlings and develop as a champion for these marginalized and underrepresented in public management & decision-making processes.
Working with school, alumni and native leaders, Rawlings Fellows will develop abilities and assets wanted to tackle management roles throughout this system and into their careers. Fellows will even develop to grasp the significance of cultural pluralism and advocacy for unheard voices whereas creating management abilities wanted to adequately handle these disparities.
