NSF Paid Research Opportunity for Students

 The felony justice and criminology departments at the College of North Carolina- Charlotte (UNC-Charlotte) and the College of South Carolina (UofSC) have every been awarded Nationwide Science Basis grants to determine Analysis Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) packages.  An outline of the alternatives at every college is offered under:

College of North Carolina, Charlotte –   REU Web site: Crime Analytics

 

The Division of Legal Justice and Criminology on the College of North Carolina – Charlotte is looking for purposes for its REU Web site: Knowledge Science and Crime Analytics. The REU website brings collectively 9 chosen undergraduate college students to work with school from a number of departments to work on a analysis group in the course of the 10-week program. College students will conduct analysis, attend workshops, and obtain a stipend ($6,000), meals allowances, and college housing in the course of the 2022 summer season program. 

 

College students may receive extra info on the Crime Analytics REU program and apply on this UNCC REU flyer.

College of South Carolina – REU Web site: Disparities within the Legal Justice System  (REU-DCJS)

 

The Division of Criminology and Legal Justice on the College of South Carolina is looking for purposes for its REU Web site- Disparities within the Legal Justice System. The REU website brings collectively 9 chosen undergraduate college students with graduate college students and school within the division to work on one among three analysis groups in the course of the 10-week program (May 22 – Jul 30, 2021). College students will conduct analysis, attend workshops, and obtain a stipend ($5,000), journey ($500) and meals ($1,000) allowances, and college housing in the course of the 2021 summer season program. 

 

College students may receive extra info on the REU-DCJS program and apply on this USC REU flyer.
